Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:
- Product received is damaged
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defect exists
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and medical usage reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Used orthopedic products
- Customized products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Special order items
Return Process
- Contact customer support within 7 days.
- Share order details and product images.
- Our team will review the request.
- Approved returns must be shipped back in original packaging.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
